Life Drawing: New Approaches

A drawing from an open session at the Toronto School of Art last Thursday. I was struggling throughout the session with a new charcoal that I was trying, but it started to co-operate a little more near the end. Below was my break through drawing of the night.

Shaking Off the Rust

After a hectic few weeks of work, I was finally able to return to some life drawing this week. The couple of sessions were definitely frustrating and satisfying at all the same time, the mark of a good session.
